Payment Policy

Payment options available for an order are shown at checkout. The final amount, currency, taxes and delivery charges are displayed before you confirm payment.

Authorisation

Payments are processed by approved payment providers. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. We do not receive full card details where the provider processes them directly.

Security checks

We and our payment partners may perform reasonable authentication, fraud-prevention and compliance checks. An order may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be verified, and any captured amount will be released or refunded.

Failed or duplicate payments

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless another method is required by law. Processing time after we issue a refund depends on the payment provider.
